    When is the final payment due? The remaining balance—including the mandatory 10% damage waiver—must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event or delivery date.

    • Last-Minute Bookings: If you are placing an order within 7 days of your event, full payment is required immediately to secure the rentals.

    • Invoicing: A final invoice detailing all rental items, delivery logistics, and service fees will be provided to you on the day of the event.

  • We provide convenient, round-trip delivery services throughout the Las Vegas valley from our warehouse near Allegiant Stadium (6351 Hinson St. Ste H, Las Vegas, NV 89118).

    • Standard Local Delivery: $50 Round-Trip

      • Includes delivery and pickup within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse.

    • Hotel & Resort Delivery: $75 Round-Trip

      • Flat rate for all deliveries to hotels and casinos (including the Las Vegas Strip).

    • Extended Range:

      • For locations beyond 15 miles, an additional fee of $4 per mile applies.

    • Bulk Orders:

      • Large orders requiring multiple vehicles or box trucks may be subject to additional charges.

  • Yes! Posh Express Rentals offers "Will-Call" pickup for many of our items. However, to ensure safety and quality, the following categories are excluded from self-pickup and must be delivered by our team:

    • Photo Booths

    • Oversized/Bulk Items

    • Hours: Pick-ups and returns are available between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

    Security Deposit & Authorization Holds A temporary credit card authorization hold is required for all Will-Call orders. This hold is released after the items are returned and inspected.

  • While Posh Express Rentals is happy to accommodate same-day reservations for last-minute needs, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability. Our inventory is vast and frequently updated with new trends, but high-demand items often book up weeks in advance. Securing your reservation early ensures your desired items are locked in for your specific Las Vegas event date.

  • Standard Delivery & Pickup Hours Our team operates Monday – Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. When placing your order online, please specify your preferred delivery window so we can best accommodate your schedule.

    After-Hours & Early Morning Fees We are happy to accommodate events outside our standard window, subject to the following hourly surcharges:

    • Late Night Pickups (After 9 PM): $30 per hour.

    • Early Morning Deliveries (Before 8 AM): $40 per hour.

    Residential Delivery Procedure For most residential events, our routes begin at 8:00 AM. Our driver will text you an ETA on the day of delivery. Typically, residential rentals are dropped off in the morning and picked up the following morning around the same time.

  • Hotel, Casino & Convention Delivery Services We specialize in navigating the complex logistics of the Las Vegas Strip and major convention centers.

    • Rate: $75.00 (Flat Rate)

    • Inclusions: This fee covers round-trip service (delivery and final pickup) to all hotels, casinos, and event venues within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse (89118).

    • Extended Range: For venues located more than 15 miles from our facility, an additional mileage fee of $4 per mile applies.

  • To ensure a worry-free event, a mandatory 10% Rental Protection Fee is applied to every order. This waiver covers the cost of repairing accidental damage that may occur during normal use of our equipment.

    • Minor Accidental Damage: Small seam rips or netting tears.

    • Standard Wear & Tear: Grass or asphalt stains, scuffs, and scrapes from flooring or cement.

    ❌ What is NOT Covered:

    • Intentional Misuse: Overloading units, abuse, or damage caused by sharp objects.

    • Prohibited Substances: Damage from Silly String, face paint, confetti, or harsh chemicals (these can permanently ruin vinyl).

    • Loss & Theft: Missing items or theft are not covered; the renter is fully liable for replacement costs.

    • Excessive Cleaning: Any unit requiring deep cleaning beyond standard use.

  • Yes! We understand that event details change. You can easily update your order using the "Modify a Reservation" link found on our website. Our automated inventory system makes adjustments seamless, subject to the following timelines:

    • ⬇️ Removing Items: You may remove items or decrease quantities up to 4 days before your scheduled delivery.

    • ⬆️ Adding Items: You may add items or increase quantities up to 3 days before your delivery (subject to current inventory availability).

    Cancellation Policy Please note that the initial 30% retainer deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. This retainer secures your specific items and date. If a reservation is cancelled entirely, this deposit is forfeited.

  • If you decide you no longer need a specific item when our delivery team arrives, it will be considered a "Refused Delivery."

    • Restocking Fee: A mandatory 50% restocking fee (calculated based on the item's rental price) will be deducted from any refund.

    • Why is this charged? This fee covers the labor, loading, and transportation costs already invested in bringing the item to your venue. This policy is strict and non-negotiable.


  • Yes! We do accommodate last-minute and same-day requests, subject to availability.

    • How to Book: Since our online booking calendar automatically closes 24 hours prior to event dates, you must submit your order details using the "Request a Quote" form on our website.

    • Rush Fee: A mandatory $25.00 Same-Day Rush Service Fee applies to all orders, additions, or "Will-Call" pickup requests made within this 24-hour window.

  • To keep our base rates affordable for our $299 Photo Booth Starter, fully Custom 4x6 Overlay Designs and Custom Animation Themes are available as premium add-ons.

    • Custom Overlay Design ($50): Our design team will create a branded border or frame featuring your event name, date, logo, or specific color scheme.

    • Custom Animation Design ($75): We create a personalized "Attract Screen" (the video that plays when guests walk up) that matches your event theme perfectly.

    • Note: Select these options under "Add-Ons" when building your quote to ensure your photo booth experience is 100% unique to your event.

    • Our Gold & Platinum Photo Booth Packages already have the overlay and animation designs included.

    • One revision per design will be accepted. The office will email you the design request email once a deposit is paid.

  • We strongly recommend that you (or a designated contact) be present to verify the rental count and condition upon arrival.

    • If you cannot be present: Please ensure our driver has clear access to a secure, weather-protected area (e.g., side gate, covered patio, garage).

    • Automatic Acceptance: If no one is available to sign the delivery receipt, the client agrees to accept the order as delivered (based on our driver’s count and inspection) and waives the right to dispute missing or damaged items later.

    • Pickup: Equipment must be stacked and ready for pickup in the same location by 8:00 AM the following morning. You do not need to be present for pickup if the items are accessible.

  • Yes! If you require early access for setup or decoration, we recommend booking a multi-day rental.

    • Guaranteed Early Delivery: To guarantee that your items arrive a day early (e.g., Friday delivery for a Saturday event), please select the earlier date as your "Start Date" when booking.

    • Standard Rates: Standard daily rental rates apply for the additional time the inventory is in your possession.

  • Setup times vary based on the size of your order and the accessibility of your Las Vegas venue.

    • Standard Rentals (Tables/Chairs/Linens): Typically require 30–45 minutes.

    • Specialty Items: Large installations like Marquee Letters, Flower Walls, and Photo Booths require approximately 60–90 minutes for proper assembly and safety checks.

    • Teardown: Removal is generally faster, usually taking about half the time of setup (30–45 minutes).

    • Please ensure our team has clear access to the setup area upon arrival to avoid delays.

  • We understand that accidents happen! To protect our clients, every Posh Express Rentals order includes a mandatory 10% Rental Protection Fee (Damage Waiver).

    • What is Covered: This fee covers minor, accidental damage such as small seam rips, grass or asphalt stains, and minor scuffs or scrapes.

    • What is NOT Covered: The waiver does not cover damage caused by gross negligence, intentional misuse, or prohibited items (such as Silly String, markers, or sharp objects).

    • Next Steps: If an item is significantly damaged or stolen, please notify us immediately at 702-743-2424. The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any items lost, stolen, or damaged beyond the scope of the protection fee.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we want your Las Vegas event to look perfect. Our setup policy depends on the type of equipment reserved:

    • Standard Rentals (Drop-off Only): Items such as tables, chairs, and linens are delivered in a neat stack to your designated drop-off point.

    • Optional Setup Service: If you would like our team to arrange your tables and chairs according to a floor plan, we offer professional setup and teardown services for an additional labor fee. Please request a quote for this service at least 7 days before your event.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we take a detailed inventory before and after every event. If an item is missing upon pickup or return:

    • The Search Period: We allow a 24-hour grace period for you to locate any missing items (such as small decor, cables, or chair covers).

    • Replacement Costs: Because our Rental Protection Fee does not cover loss or theft, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any unreturned items.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we maintain strict quality standards. In the rare event that an item is damaged by a previous renter or deemed unsuitable for your event:

    1. Immediate Notification: Our team will contact you immediately to discuss solutions.

    2. Complimentary Upgrade: We will offer to replace the item with a product of equal or higher value (at no additional cost to you) that matches your event style.

    3. Full Refund: If a suitable substitution cannot be found, we will issue a 100% refund for that specific item.

  • Yes, all Posh Express Rentals non-pressed table linens are professionally laundered by a 3rd party company, sanitized, and placed on hangers at our facility. However, to ensure they remain sanitary during transport to your Las Vegas venue, they may be folded and bagged.

    • Expectation: Some fold creases are normal and unavoidable with standard polyester or satin tablecloths to keep the costs low for your customers.

    • Recommendation: For a flawless look, we recommend having a hand steamer on-site to quickly release any fold lines once the linens are draped over the tables.

    • Note: Please do not use a high-heat iron on specialty fabrics (like sequins or velvet) to avoid damaging the material.

    • Pressed-linens are also available on our website for certain colors at a higher cost.

  • While standard delivery includes dropping off items in a neat stack, Posh Express Rentals offers full-service setup and breakdown for an additional fee.

    • Furniture Setup (Tables & Chairs): The standard fee is 20% – 30% of the rental cost for those specific items, depending on the complexity of the arrangement.

    • Chair Linen Service: Installation of chair covers is charged at a flat rate of $1.00 per cover.

    • Requirements: To ensure a seamless installation, we require a floor plan or layout map to be submitted prior to delivery, indicating exactly where each item should be placed at your Las Vegas venue.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we strive for 100% accuracy in our online catalog and quoting system. However, in the rare event of a system glitch, typographical error, or incorrect calculation:

    • Notification: We will contact you immediately to notify you of the discrepancy.

    • Correction: We reserve the right to correct the pricing on any quote or invoice to reflect the current, accurate rental rates.

    • Options: If you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, you may cancel that specific item or the entire reservation without penalty.

  • Standard cleaning and sanitization are included in your rental price. However, an Excessive Cleaning Fee will be applied if items are returned in a condition requiring deep scrubbing or specialized treatment.

    • What is Acceptable: Normal dust or minor food crumbs on tables/chairs.

    • What is Excessive: Caked-on mud, heavy food/drink stains, gum, stickers, adhesive residue, or melted wax.

    • Fee Structure: Excessive cleaning is billed at an hourly labor rate (minimum $25) based on the severity of the soil.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, safety is our top priority. We monitor the local Las Vegas weather forecast closely leading up to your event.

    • High Winds: For the safety of your guests, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse setup of inflatables, tents, and tall structures if wind speeds exceed 15-20 MPH.

    • Rain: We cannot set up electrical equipment (Photo Booths, Popcorn Machines, Blowers) outdoors in rain or thunderstorms.

    • Policy: If we must cancel services due to unsafe weather conditions, we will issue a Rain Check (Store Credit) valid for up to one year for a future date.

  • Yes. In the dynamic Las Vegas event industry, rental rates may fluctuate based on seasonal demand, inventory availability, and market conditions. But we normally just keep our prices the same for the most part, even through holidays.

    • How to Secure Your Price: The only way to guarantee the current rate for your event date is to place a reservation and pay the required 30% retainer.

    • Price Protection: Once your deposit is paid, your rental rate is "locked in" and will not increase, even if our website prices go up later.

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. While Posh Express Rentals does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, we are happy to provide a flexible solution for cancellations made prior to your event.

    • Rain Check Credit: If you need to cancel, you will receive a Store Credit (Rain Check) for the full amount paid.

    • Validity: This credit is valid for one (1) year from the original event date and can be used for any future rental.

    • Notification: To be eligible for this credit, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date to confirm the cancellation.

  • To accommodate the expedited logistics of urgent orders, a mandatory $25.00 Rush Service Fee is applied to all reservations made within 24 hours of the requested delivery date.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we strive for 100% reliability. However, we reserve the right to cancel or invalidate a reservation at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as extreme weather, staffing shortages, or equipment safety concerns.

    • Our Commitment: While we aim to provide as much notice as possible, there are rare instances where prior notification may not be feasible.

    • Resolution: In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, our team will work with you to provide a credit or alternative solution to ensure your event's success.

  • To ensure the safety and proper care of our premium inventory, Posh Express Rentals utilizes temporary security authorization holds. These are not permanent charges and are released once equipment is returned and inspected.

    • Orders over $750: A minimum authorization hold of 25% of the total rental fee is required.

    • Photo Booth Rentals: All-day photo booth rentals require a $300 security hold, which is processed 2 days before your event.

    • Electronics & A/V: We reserve the right to apply a discretionary hold on all electronic, audio, and video equipment.

    When is the hold released? Holds are typically released within 24 hours after our team has inspected the returned equipment. Please note that deductions may be made from the hold for excessive dirtiness, missing items, or damage. If the costs exceed the hold amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced to the client.

  • To ensure a smooth delivery and setup for your Las Vegas event, we require all final balances to be settled prior to arrival.

    • Due Date: Your remaining balance is due one week (7 days) before your scheduled delivery date.

    • Payment Method: We will send an automated email reminder with a secure payment link for your convenience. Please note that our drivers cannot collect payments on-site during delivery.

    • Final Deadline: All balances must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to delivery. If payment is not received by this time, the order will be automatically cancelled and voided without a refund of the initial deposit.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we strive for transparent pricing. Additional service fees may apply in the following circumstances:

    • Waiting Time: To keep our Las Vegas delivery routes on schedule, a fee of $30 per hour applies if our team must wait at a venue due to a client’s absence or lack of access.

    • Last-Minute Bookings: Any reservation made within 24 hours of the event will incur a $25 Convenience Fee.

    • Difficult Access & Site Fees: Deliveries involving stairs, indoor locations with limited access, or specific Park Permit fees will result in additional labor charges.

    • Custom Design Revisions: Our Photo Booth overlays include one complimentary revision. Subsequent design changes are billed at $50 per revision.

    • Post-Event Fees: Charges for excessive cleaning, missing accessories, or additional on-site labor requested by the client will be added to the final invoice.

  • Yes. To protect both our clients and our inventory, Posh Express Rentals utilizes a multi-step confirmation process:

    • Contractual Agreement: Once your deposit is processed, you are officially entered into a binding contractual agreement. You will immediately receive a PDF order confirmation via email.

    • Digital E-Signature: We require a completed E-signature form prior to your event. This document ensures you have read and agreed to our full Terms and Conditions.

    • Delivery Signature: Finally, a physical signature is required at the time of delivery to verify that all items have arrived in excellent condition.

  • At Posh Express Rentals, we operate on a strict logistical schedule to ensure all our clients receive their rentals on time.

    • Wait Time Fee: If our professional team arrives at the scheduled time and experiences delays due to site unreadiness or client absence, a $30.00 per hour standby charge will apply.

    • Rescheduling: To respect our other delivery commitments, our team may be required to depart if the delay exceeds a reasonable window.

    • Redelivery: If we are unable to complete your delivery, please contact our office at 702-743-2424 to arrange a new redelivery appointment. Note: Additional delivery fees may apply for second attempts.

  • Yes. Our standard delivery rates in the Las Vegas Valley assume a clear, level, and paved path to the drop-off point.

    • What is a "Difficult Access" site? If your venue involves obstacles such as stairs, elevators, gravel, loose desert rocks, or steep inclines, a flat $25.00 Difficult Access Fee will be applied.

    • Why the fee? These terrains require significant extra labor, specialized equipment (like high-clearance dollies), and additional time to ensure your rentals arrive safely and undamaged.
