What is the initial deposit for?

A non-refundable initial retainer deposit of 30% to secure your reservation is collected and applied towards your total balance. This guarantees that your rental items are reserved for your desired event date.

How much is your delivery fee?

A standard delivery fee of $50 is applied to all rental deliveries on the same order within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse. Beyond 15 miles, an additional charge of $4 per mile applies. Hotel/Strip deliveries are $75.

Can I pick up my rental items myself?

Yes, 'Will-Call' customer pick-ups are available for most items between 9am-12pm. Note that certain items like photo booths and large marquees may be excluded.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?

We recommend placing your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability, though we can often accommodate same-day reservations.
