Customer Pick-Up & Renturns

Posh Express Rentals offers convenient customer pick-up and return options to provide flexibility for your event rental needs in Las Vegas. Please note that pick-up and return services are available for most rental items, excluding photo booths, audio and video equipment, marquees, event lighting, and outdoor movie theater setups. To ensure the security of all rentals, security deposits are required for all customer pick-ups.

Our "Will-Call" customer pick-up and return window operates daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. To schedule your pick-up time after placing a reservation, please contact our team at 702-743-2424. For all orders picked up, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on the credit card on file based on the total order amount: $100 for orders between $1 and $250, $200 for orders between $251 and $500, $350 for orders between $501 and $1,000, and $500 or more for orders exceeding $1,000.

Customers are responsible for loading and securing their rental items onto their vehicles at our designated loading bay. While our staff is available to assist with loading upon request, Posh Express Rentals is not liable for any damage to vehicles during loading, transportation, or unloading. The temporary credit card authorization hold will remain in place until all rentals are returned and inspected, ensuring a smooth and secure rental experience.
