Customer Pick-Ups & Returns Policy

To provide maximum flexibility for your event planning, Posh Express Rentals offers convenient "Will-Call" customer pick-up and return options.

Will-Call Hours & Scheduling

• Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

• Scheduling: After placing your reservation, please call us at 702-743-2424 to schedule your specific pick-up time.

Excluded Items

Please note that for quality and safety reasons, pick-up and return services are not available for the following items (delivery required):

• Photo Booths

• Audio and Video Equipment

• Marquee Letters/Numbers

• Event Lighting

• Outdoor Movie Theater Setups

Security Deposits for Pick-Ups

To ensure the security of our premium inventory, all customer pick-ups require a temporary authorization hold on the credit card on file. This hold remains in place until all rentals are returned and inspected.

$1 – $250 = $100 (Authorization Hold)

$251 – $500 = $200 (Authorization Hold)

$501 – $1,000 = $350 (Authorization Hold)

Over $1,000 = $500+ (Authorization Hold)

Loading & Transportation Guidelines

Customers are responsible for safely loading and securing their rental items into their vehicles at our designated loading bay. While our friendly staff is happy to assist with loading upon request, Posh Express Rentals is not liable for any damage to vehicles that may occur during the loading, transportation, or unloading process.
