How do I secure my reservation with Posh Express Rentals?

To guarantee your items for your specific event date, we require a 30% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. This deposit is applied directly to your total order balance.

How much is the delivery fee for my Las Vegas event?

Standard local delivery is $50 round-trip within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse. Specialized delivery to Las Vegas Strip hotels and casinos is $75 round-trip.

Do you offer 'will-call' or customer pickup?

Yes, 'Will-Call' pickup is available for many items by appointment between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Note that specialty items like photo booths, A/V equipment, and marquee letters require professional delivery.
