What is the initial deposit for?

A non-refundable initial retainer deposit of 30% is collected to secure your reservation and applies towards your total balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

How much is your delivery fee?

A standard delivery fee of $50 applies to all rental deliveries on the same order within 15 miles of our warehouse (89118). An additional $4 per mile applies beyond this range.

Can I pick up my rental items myself?

Yes, Will-Call pickup is available between 9am-12pm for most items (excluding Photo Booths, large AV setups, and Marquees). A security deposit hold is required for self-pickup orders.
