What are your delivery fees?

A standard delivery fee of $50 applies to residential and business orders within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse. For hotels, casinos, and conventions, a flat rate of $75 applies. Locations beyond 15 miles are charged at $4 per mile.

Do you offer setup and breakdown services?

Yes, we offer optional setup and breakdown services. This is typically a 20-30% fee of the rental price depending on the items selected.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of delivery?

Yes, we offer 'Will-Call' customer pick-ups and returns at our warehouse between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please note that certain categories like Photo Booths and Audio/Video equipment are excluded from customer pick-up.

What is the cancellation policy?

A mandatory 50% restocking fee (calculated based on the item's rental price) will be deducted from any refund to cover labor and transportation costs.
