How much is your delivery fee?

A standard delivery fee of $50 is applied to all rental deliveries on the same order within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse. Beyond 15 miles, an additional charge of $4 per mile applies. Hotel deliveries are $75 round trip.

What is the initial deposit for?

A non-refundable initial retainer deposit of 30% is collected to secure your reservation. This guarantees your rental items are reserved for your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?

We can accommodate same-day reservations, however, we strongly recommend placing your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability, as popular items are booked quickly.
