What is the initial deposit for?

A non-refundable initial retainer deposit of 30% is collected to secure your reservation and is applied towards your total balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your event.

How much is your delivery fee?

A standard delivery fee of $50 is applied to all rental deliveries within 15 miles of our warehouse (89118). Beyond that, an additional charge of $4 per mile applies.

Can I pick up my rental items myself?

Yes, 'Will-Call' customer pick-ups are available between 9am-12pm, excluding Photo Booths, Audio & Video, and certain large items. A security deposit/authorization hold is required.

What is the charge for hotel or casino deliveries?

Deliveries to Hotels, Casinos, the Las Vegas Strip, and Conventions have a fee of $75, which covers both delivery and return pick-up (up to 15 miles).
